Are you ready to channel your inner warrior and unleash your strength and agility? Join us for an adrenaline-pumping Warrior Combat group exercise class at Coaches Corner Fitness! This high-intensity, boxing-inspired workout is designed to push your limits, challenge your body, and leave you feeling empowered like never before.
Class Description:
Section 1 – Boxing Basics (30 minutes): In the first half of our Warrior Combat class, you’ll dive into the fundamentals of boxing. Our experienced and passionate instructors will guide you through proper stance, footwork, and basic punches. Don’t worry if you’re new to boxing; this section is suitable for all fitness levels and will lay the foundation for the more intense second half of the class.
Section 2 – Warrior Intensity (30 minutes): Get ready to take it up a notch! In the second half of the class, you’ll be challenged with a dynamic and fast-paced circuit that includes boxing combinations, plyometrics, bodyweight exercises, and core strengthening drills. Feel the rush of endorphins as you punch, kick, and sweat your way to a stronger, fitter version of yourself. Whether you’re looking to improve your cardiovascular endurance, burn calories, or build lean muscle, Warrior Intensity will deliver results.
